Message	Oklahoma is just cheaper because of the population compared to the available space. Simple economics. My house sits on 3 acres, 3400 sq ft, 4 car garage, swimming pool, 1100 square foot shop has a 1/3 acre pond. In a quiet location, 1 mile from shopping and highways. 420k Maybe 2 or 3 states out there that are comparable. Wouldnt trade it for nothing so poke fun all you want.
